Technics presents the new long-awaited Technics SL-1200MK7 DJ turntable. It has the same ease of use, reliability and durability as its predecessors while being optimized with a coreless direct-drive motor and other sound-enhancing technologies. Also available are new DJ features, such as reverse play for maximum creativity, and an expanded pitch range from ±8% to ±16%.
The tonearm is statically balanced and highly sensitive, providing a highly accurate pickup of the record signal. In terms of vibration damping, the Technics SL-1200MK7 has a two-layer turntable construction, a highly stable housing and effective damping feet. Apart from that, the DJ turntable is equipped with long-lasting and brighter LED needle lighting. Other very practical features include detachable power and signal cables for greater flexibility and start/stop torque adjustment.
In terms of style, the Technics SL-1200MK7 comes with a silver cabinet including silver buttons as well as an S-shaped tonearm, which provides a continuous silver design in an attractive, refined look. With all these features, the DJ turntable aims to set a new standard for DJ turntables.
