Returns & refunds
You can return any product within 30 calendar days after receiving the delivery.
The following conditions must be met:
- Product and packaging appearance is like new (package cannot be torn or damaged in any way, label or protective films cannot be removed)
- Product has not been damaged in any way, is in its full set (serial numbers cannot be used/registered; if package of software has been damaged, product cannot be returned)
- Purchase document can be provided (normally it is an invoice received via email and with delivery)
Download, print and fill in the returns form. Email a scanned copy to [email protected] so we can get back to you and agree with the return (we would reply within 1 business day).
Once you will receive our reply that it is fine to return the item, make sure to add the returns form to the package.
Please be aware that customer is responsible for returning the item to us and paying for the shipping charges - we do not offer free returns.
Attention! Due to hygiene reasons in-ear headphones and Alpine products cannot be returned.
