Dive into the lush sounds of a celebrated vintage modulation pedal with expanded modern controls with the WA-C1 from Warm Audio, a faithful recreation of the CE-1 Chorus Ensemble. Sporting separately controlled chorus and vibrato effects along with 100% analog preamp and bucket-brigade circuitry, the WA-C1 offers warmth and responsiveness.

Controls include preamp Level and separate Depth and Rate controls for the chorus and vibrato effect sections. You also get a Hi-Z switch for engaging Hi-Z input mode (for passive instruments like guitars) and a switch for selecting input sensitivity (High or Low). You get two footswitches, one dedicated to engaging or bypassing the effect circuitry and one for selecting between the chorus and vibrato effects. The WA-C1 sports a versatile stereo output, allowing you to process your signal with immersive swirling stereo modulations, opening the door for experimentation wide open.

Inspired by an '80s Classic

The Warm Audio WA-C1 is a faithful recreation of one of the most celebrated analog chorus pedals in guitar history, the BOSS CE-1 Chorus Ensemble pedal. The WA-C1 adds additional features for exploring modulated tones and corrects the most frequent and glaring shortcoming of CE-1 emulations by starting the pedal out with a premium, all-analog preamp known as a favorite among guitarists seeking responsiveness.

One major difference between the WA-C1 and the original CE-1 is the presence of separate dedicated Depth and Rate controls for both the Chorus and Vibrato sections, expanding upon the limitations of the original Intensity control on the CE-1.
