New: Akai Fire DAW controller

This appears to be a fruitful year for FL Studio (formerly known as Fruity Loops) users. After major software update for their DAW this spring, Image Line strikes again with Akai collaboration, and brings you FIRE - a brand new MIDI controller, exclusively created to enhance FL Studio workflow.

4 x 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pad matrix, known from FL Studio GUI, not only allows you to step-sequence your sounds in already familiar FL Studio sequencer way, but also gives you an ability to play your instruments chromatically in Note Mode or play your drum samples in MPC 16 pad layout inspired Drum Mode.

The fun goes even further with Performance Mode, where the same pad matrix allows you to trigger audio and MIDI clips while playing your tracks live or jamming in the studio.

Up to four Fire controllers can be connected at once to the same computer allowing you to expand your live performance setup or convert your computer to a music production powerhouse.
